Hello world. My name is Nick Townsend and I am a 22 year old student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I am a Sociology major and intend to minor in Psychology following this semester. School is extremely important to me, something that I picked up upon entering IUP and wish I’d picked up earlier. Other than focusing on school, I like to do a lot of the same things that most 22 year old men do including watching sports and drinking some beer on the weekends.

I tend to be an extremely sarcastic person that comes with its benefits as well as some downfalls. If you were to ask someone who knows me well to describe me in one word, sarcastic is going to be the adjective of choice 9 times out of 10. Though this intends to give off the picture that I care about little and can’t take anything seriously, this couldn’t be further from the truth. I’ll be the first person to help you if it is in any way, shape or form within the realm of possibility to do so, and love nothing more than deep conversation.

I know that this first post is just the tip of iceberg, and look forward going on various journies throughout this course with my fellow peers.
